Innocent, wary and curious expressions reflect the emotions of this group of Havana school children on Calle Obispo. All children in Cuba wear uniforms to school and their brightly colored scarves denote the academic grade they are in. As is to be expected, they are intensely interested in tourists from other countries. A refreshing change is the fact that without exception, they are extremely polite even when there is no teacher present!
