Historic Habana Vieja (Old Havana) is undergoing a marvelous restoration as can be seen here at Panaderia San José (San José Bakery) on Calle Obispo. One of the things that is so nice about the Panaderia is the large mural painted on the upper half. Calle Obispo is a bustling thoroughfare linking Plaza Armas with Parque Central. Every visitor to Havana should walk its length, one of the most bohemian sections of Havana. And when you are tired of walking the many streets of the old city, there is always a pedal-cab to take you through the sights or to a nice café for a cold cerveza.
